the apartment was relaxing base for sightseeing in birmingham, enjoyed it. we had flat with wardrobe space. the host met us and explained everything.

the location was ideal, with only a 15-minute bus ride into the city centre. the apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite being on a busy main road, there was very little noise. the owner was fantastic, ensuring our stay was perfect and promptly answering any queries we had. Secure underground parking and a nearby supermarket were additional bonuses. a home away from home experience. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 😊.

The owner of the apartment was fantastic, keeping in contact throughout our stay and quickly answering any questions we had. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and staff were all excellent.

I recently stayed at Avril Serviced Apartments for a three-week course at MAC Centre. The location was perfect, as it was super close to both the centre and the cricket ground, which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment itself was clean, safe, and had everything I needed. I felt secure and comfortable as a lone female traveler. There was a supermarket to the left and a park to the right, adding to the convenience. The host was responsive and kept in touch throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. a highly recommended property for a clean, quiet, and relaxing stay.

Check-in experience was a bit of a letdown. had to wait outside for 2 hours with my daughter because of a key issue.
